THERMOACTIVE CLOTHES - the most important underwear used to protect body against cold. They help us to maintain the correct heat level, they absorb water so we don't feel wet. I decided that for my expedition I will be using BRUBECK's clothes.

What am I using?

• EXTREME MERINO - shirt and trousers, all x2 - Brubecks' warmest winter clothing made of merino wool. From my experience I know this is the best choice for winter. It provides high thermal insulation, it can absorb sweat up to 1/3 of its weight, it's bacteriostatic, it absorbs UV radiation from sun - it's a good choice for winter. during my walk I will be using 2 sets, one for daily activities, second one at night, which will be dry and comfortable for a pleasant sleep. After my tests I confirm that down to -5 degrees C I was feeling warm wearing only a tshirt on top! I highly recommend, Jakub Muda.
• DRY - shirt x3 and trousers x1 - most popular from Brubeck's clothes. Perfect from spring to late fall. During colder days I will wear it to keep me dry and warm. For summer it's a perfect pyjama, it' absorbs sweat which is essential in summer. PHOTO
• ACTIVE blouse with short zipper x1 - used as a 2nd layer, which means I will use it right after Extreme Merino and Dry clothes. It will be used for 8 months - in winter it's perfect to dress up with lot of layers which will keep me warm, in summer it's perfect for colder days because it's lightweight and comfortable. During colder nights I will be sleeping in it. I wear it on the photo with flag.
• Summer tshirt AERATE and SLEEVELESS SHIRT - typical summer clothes that absorb sweat to ensure the maximum comfort during my walk. I will use mostly during the day and sometimes to sleep. PHOTO 1 and PHOTO 2
• THERMOACTIVE SOCKS - winter set Snow Force, spring set Trekking Light and summer set Multifunctional. Socks are the most important part of my clothes as they are responsible for protection against cold and feet injury. In my backpack I will have 3pcs of them, of course each set for specific season. Socks absorbs water easily so I will not be walking "through the pool" and I will feel comfortable. One pair will be used for sleeping.
• SHORTS and MEN UNDERWEAR - seamless, extremely comfortable, for all seasons. it has anti-allegrig properties and it's backeriostatic - inhibits the formation of odors that will make my expedition more comfortable.

ACCESSORIES

• WINTER and SUMMER HAT, together with BALACLAVA - we loose a lot of heat thorugh head, cold head always brings headache after some time, you know how it is in winter. I will be using balaclava together with winter hat on top to have a good insulation. for the temperatures below -10 degrees C I will also have a down hat. For summer I plan to use thin hat which is perfect for all summer conditions.
• GLOVES and "CYCLING" SLEEVES - perfect insulation from cold for hands and arms. I will be using gloves for the entire expedition. In winter I can work with them on my hands as they are thin, and I will use it as underwear under my winter gloves. For summer, however, I can use them without any other pair on top. They are lightweight and after some time it's easy to forget about them! second thing - cycling sleeves - for summer use when it will be to hot to wear a jacket, but to cold to stay in t-shirt with freezing arms!
