FOOD - Eat with smile, walk a mile
Many of you asked me to write some about food, this would be a good article I think, plus, I will provide some infos from my dietitian so you can use it! As you know food is absolutely essential to walk across Canada - it gives energy, without it a man can survive something like 30 days, but it's all about we can do full of energy! It is really difficult to provide all the informations, there is always a lot of unknowns like weather (temperature mostly), daily distance walked, mental health, sleep and many more.
